  • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Please allow up to 10 days for this item to ship. You will receive a tracking number once the item is sent. Note that in order to be as eco-friendly as possible, we try to ship all items you order together. If you order items with longer shipping timelines, all items will ship together.

  • Who is fulfilling my order?

    Dems Make Life Better has partnered with Goodstock & Co.. for this campaign. Most of the products are produced by MerchBlue and Royal Apparel. We selected these partners due to their commitment to social responsibility and, in particular, their use of American-made and union-printed products.

  • Can I change my order?

    If you realize you made a mistake with your order, please reach out to hello@goodstockcompany.com with your order details (usually 24 - 48 hours after ordering). They are constantly processing orders, so will do their best to accommodate your request in a timely manner. However, if your order has already been assembled and shipped, they are unable to change it.

  • What is your return policy?

    Unfortunately, Good Stock is unable to offer exchanges. If your product does not fit, we encourage you to find a new “owner” who will help spread the word. However, if your item is defective, damaged or is not what you ordered - please reach out to hello@goodstockcompany.com and they will take care of it. For defective or damaged items, please send a photo of it and your order receipt.

  • Where does the small profit go?

    A small portion of the proceeds from the sale of campaign merchandise will go to the DMLB Marketing Fund to help maximize sales. Examples of expenditures include web hosting, design fees, product placement, and social media advertising. Should profit exceed marketing expenses, the additional money will be donated to grassroots groups engaged in voter outreach work in key states and districts. We welcome additional donations to DMLB Marketing Fund. They are not tax-deductible.

  • Do you offer discounts on a bulk order?

  • The tees in your store look different than those in some of the customer photos. Why is that?

    We started this project earlier this year with another vendor. The products were not American-made and union-printed. So we switched to a new vendor. Availability of styles and colors is more limited due to this priority so we had to make some adjustments to the styles and colors offered.

  • Your prices seem a bit high. Why is that?

    There is a lot of overhead that goes into the "print & ship on demand” process. Larger companies are able to offer lower prices due to a much higher volume of sales. Also, we are committed to featuring all American-made and union-printed products which adds to the cost. Our pricing is in line with merchandise on other political sites, such as those of candidates and organizations.
